THINGS YOU’LL NEED
25ml Boë Violet Gin, 25ml amaretto, 75ml pineapple juice, 1x Martini glass, 1x boston glass & mixing tin, Garnish: Dehydrated orange - Nutmeg grating
Making a Spiced Orange French Martini
Step one
Prepare the glass
Add all of the ingredients into the boston glass and chill the martini glass
Step two
Add the ice
Add ice into the mixing tin and pour boston glass ingredients into the mixing tin
Step three
Start shaking
Shake hard for 10 to 15 seconds and strain into chilled martini glass, garnish with dehydrated orange and a grating of nutmeg
