THINGS YOU’LL NEED
37.5ml Boe Violet Gin, 20ml lemon juice, 15ml runny honey, 15ml Bramble Liqueur, 1x elderflower tonic, 1x bar spoon, 1x mixing tin boston glass, 1x hiball tall glass, Garnish: blackberry, lemon twist
Making a Qatarmizat
Step one
Throw in the ingredients
Add all ingredients into boston glass, apart from the tonic
Step two
Add the ice
Fill highball glass with ice and add ice to mixing tin then pour the boston glass ingredients into the tin
Step three
Start shaking
Shake the Mixing tin for 10 to 15 seconds and strain in to ice filled highball glass, add the elderflower tonic & garnish with blackberry and a lemon twist.
