Pamplemousse Spritz
Equipment & ingredients
THINGS YOU’LL NEED
35ml Boe Violet Gin, 15ml Aperol, 75ml Pink Grapefruit, Soda Splash or Top with Ting (Grapefruit Soda) Instead. x1 Copa wine glass
Garnish: Grapefruit wedge, basil leaf, cracked pepper
Making a Pamplemousse Spritz
Step one
Throw in the ingredients
Add the Boe Violet Gin, Aperol and Pink Grapefruit into the glass.
Step two
Add the ice
Add the cubed ice to the mixing tin, pour the ingredients into the mixing tin
Step three
Start shaking
Shake vigorously hard and fast for 10 to 15 seconds and serve in ice filled copa glass, garnish with a grapefruit wedge, basil leaf and cracked pepper
