37.5ml Boe Violet Gin, 1x Cream soda,10 ml lemon juice, 15ml Malibu or coconut liqueur, 1x Bar Spoon, Cubed Ice, 1x Highball tall glass, Garnish: Lemon Zest
Making a Boë Disco
Step one
Prepare the glass
Add ice to large hiball glass
Step two
Add the gin
Add all of the ingredients to the glass and stir with a bar spoon
Step three
Top with soda
Top the glass with cream soda, stir again and serve with a lemon twist
