Crushed ice, 10ml Boë Scottish Bramble liqueur, 1x Ginger Ale, 35ml Boe Gin, 1x old fashioned glass
Making a Boe Bramble and Ginger
Step one
Prepare the glass
Add the ice to the old fashioned glass
Step two
Add the gin
Add the Boë Scottish Bramble and Boë Gin to the glass
Step three
Top with ginger ale
Top up the glass with ginger ale, stir and serve
