THINGS YOU’LL NEED
1x Coupette or Martini glass, 37.5ml Boë Fruit Passion Gin, 25ml Cointreau, 25ml lemon juice, 12.5ml sugar & egg white, Cubed Ice, 1x Mixing Tin 1x Boston Glass + Hawthrone Strainer
Making a Mardi Gras Mistress
Step one
Chill the glass
Pre chill the Martini glass
Step two
Add the gin and Cointreau
Add all of the ingredients to the Boston Glass, then add ice to the top of mixing tin
Step three
Start shaking
Seal the shaker, shake for 15 seconds and strain into martini glass
