25ml Boë Passion Fruit Gin, 25ml peach puree, Chilled prosecco or Champagne, 1x Champagne flute, garnish: 1x Chinese gooseberry Or 1x Orange twist

Step one
Prepare Garnish
Prepare your Chinese gooseberry or orange twist garnish.
Step two
Add the gin
Add the 25ml Boë Passion Fruit gin and 25ml peach puree.
Step three
Top with fizz
Top with the chilled fizz and add the orange twist on top of drink.
