THINGS YOU’LL NEED
75ml Raspberry Lemonade
50ml Pink Vodka
15 ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Vanilla Syrup
15ml White Cacao Liqueur
5 Raspberries
Making a White Chocolate & Raspberry Fizz
Step one
Add raspberries and vanilla syrup to shaker then muddle. Add rest of ingredients with ice to shaker, shake and strain into a large high ball glass full with ice.
Step two
Top up with 75 ml raspberry lemonade.
Step three
Garnish with sprig of mint and raspberries.
