THINGS YOU’LL NEED
35ml Boë Apple & Lime
15ml Licor 43
50ml Pineapple juice
1 Spoon of lemon & lime marmalade
10ml Lemon juice
1 x Mixing tin
1 x Old fashioned glass
Cubed ice
Garnish: Pineapple leaf & dehydrated lime wheel
Making a Scottish Breakfast
Step one
Add all ingredients to mixing tin, stir and mash up the marmalade and shake well to combine and froth up.
Step two
Add the cubed ice to the glass. Strain over the ice and add the pineapple leaf and dehydrated lime wheel to garnish.
Step three
Enjoy!
