THINGS YOU’LL NEED
50ml Boë Apple & Lime gin
30ml Lillet Blanc
15ml Vodka
2 dashes Absinthe
1 x Mixing tin
1 x Coupe or martini glass
Garnish: Lime twist
Making a Green Vesper
Step one
Add all ingredients to mixing tin and shake well for 10 to 15 seconds.
Step two
Strain into glass and add lime twist to garnish.
Step three
Enjoy!
