THINGS YOU’LL NEED
25ml Boë Apple & Lime gin
15ml Elderflower cordial
10ml Lime juice
1 inch piece cucumber (skin removed)
Prosecco to top
1 x Mixing tin
1 x Champagne flute
Garnish: Edible flower
Making a Green Boë-Llini
Step one
Slice cucumber into matchsticks and place in a cocktail tin with all other ingredients apart from the Prosecco. Shake well to combine.
Step two
Strain into champagne flute, top with prosecco and stir gently. Add edible flower to garnish.
Step three
Enjoy!
