THINGS YOU’LL NEED
40ml Boë Apple & Lime
20ml Stem ginger syrup
25ml Lime juice
10 Mint leaves
Soda water
1 x 12 oz tall glass
Crushed ice
Garnish: Mint spring & thinly sliced apple piece
Making a Garden Collins
Step one
Add mint to the bottom of the glass and muddle gently to release oil. Add crushed ice, all other ingredients and churn well to combine.
Step two
Top with soda and some extra crushed ice for a cap. Add the mint spring and thinly sliced apple to garnish.
Step three
Enjoy!
