THINGS YOU’LL NEED
50ml Boë Apple & Lime gin
40ml Apple juice
15ml Lemon juice
5 - 10ml Sugar syrup
1 x Mixing tin
1 x Coupe or martini glass
Garnish: Apple wheel (fresh or hydrated)
Making a Boë Apple-Tini
Step one
Add all ingredients to mixing tin and shake well for 10 to 15 seconds.
Step two
Strain into glass and add apple wheel to garnish.
Step three
Enjoy!
